Abstract
Article is devoted to integration of a rating technique of paired comparison of three key factors of financial and economic activities: decrease in cost value, updating of the fixed business assets, expansion of the range of production in the mechanism of acceptance of management decision on stimulation of the most essential among them, taking into account the importance of all three factors and the accepted restrictions. Authors carry out a decision making assessment on management of a key factor of organization development, relying on E. V. Nikolaeva's technique and the chosen key factors.
