THE PROBLEM OF GENDER ASYMMETRY IN THE LABOUR MARKET OF KYRGYZSTAN

Abstract

The state-of-the-art review of a current status in the labor market of Kyrgyzstan, its gender aspects is provided to publications. Problem areas of a state policy in this sphere are designated. In this article the developed picture in the field of regulation of labor relations with female workers is described. In article practical recommendations of the author about improvement of a current status and support for a vulnerable labor segment of the population are made. The author described the features of gender asymmetry inherent in the national market during its transformation.
