Abstract
In article the author considers a problem of the deadlock of the catching-up growth of People's Republic of China. By means of the analysis of history of formation of modern economy of China, Deng Xiaoping's reforms of the 1980th and their results, the author revealed the main problems of modern Chinese economic system and basic reasons of recession. In work the author proves danger of an economic situation in China, both for the Asian region, and for world economy in general, and also states the idea about need and timeliness of new industrial revolution in the People's Republic of China for overcoming developed a crisis situation.
