THE PLACE OF THE INTERBUDGET TRANSFERS IN THE BUDGET OF THE VLADIMIR REGION IN 2010-2014.

Abstract

In article the place and dynamics of the interbudget transfers in the income of the Vladimir region are considered. The main forms of the interbudget transfers to territorial subjects of the Russian Federation, a downward tendency of their share in expenses of the federal budget of the country and the place of the Vladimir region among the regions receiving them are revealed. Decrease in value of the interbudget transfers in budget revenues of the Vladimir region for the period is revealed 2010-2014. On the basis of the analysis of features of structure and changes of amounts of the tax and non-tax income, non-paid receipts and their main types creating the regional budget the main tendencies of their dynamics during this period, and also the reasons of these changes are determined.
