Abstract

In article a number of theoretical questions of regional economy and commercial ties between regions, and also experience of some countries, such as Singapore, Philippines, China, the Republic of Korea, Japan, France under the authority of the external economic relations is considered. Some lessons are especially valuable to foreign economic relations of Vietnam.
