Abstract
In article the modern world oil market and gas in the created single energy space which is characterized by periodically becoming aggravated volatility is analyzed. Need of ensuring stability of development of his fundamental subjects on the basis of their gradual consolidation is proved. The multi-national, state-owned and private oil and gas companies forced to increase capitalization and to adapt the corporate strategies of development under a modern situation are researched. On the basis of the conducted research conclusions are drawn that essential distinctions of development strategies and indicators of transnationalization of activities of oil and gas companies cause differences of the priority directions and methods of their adaptation to the changing conditions.
