Abstract
In article topical issues of the territorial organization and problems of development of sports infrastructure as important sector of activity of the population which is responsible for increase in the level and quality of life realizing programs of promoting of a healthy lifestyle and the speaker as investment attractive and very perspective industry of regional economy reveal. Special attention is paid to territorial distinctions in development of sports infrastructure and to geographical prerequisites of its forming. In article it is noted that one of the most effective mechanisms of the territorial organization of sports infrastructure is program and target approach which differently is implemented in different regions, many of which have positive experience and good results. In the context of these questions problems and the prospects of development of sports infrastructure in Perm region reveal.
