Abstract
In article development and application of investment policy for providing with financial resources municipalities, and also methods of their forming for implementation of actions within the target programs directed to increase of level of municipal economic development is considered. Within research key parameters which create investment appeal of municipality are considered. Various types of sources of money resources, and also an order of their use within local self-government are provided. The interrelation of a program and target method of management and investment policy for determination of addressing of the direction of financial resources is considered.
