Abstract
In article conceptual and practical spheres of formation of new world financial architecture in the conditions of financial globalization are analyzed. The author specified an interpretation of categories "financial globalization" and "world financial architecture". In work the author's model of forming of a new paradigm of world financial architecture of the 21st century is this. The author comes to a conclusion that in world financial and economic system today the extreme importance purchases forming of new model of world financial architecture taking into account interests of "the growing markets" – BRICS countries.
