Abstract
Article is devoted to a perspective of creation of industrial clusters in Russia. In detail foreign experience in this sphere is considered. The most perspective directions of development of industrial production are researched. Authors select the list of the technological clusters influencing competitiveness of economy of Russia. The important place is allocated for interrelation of questions of clusterization and regional policy of the Russian Federation. Special attention is paid to the competition of the doctrine of the polarized development and policy of "equalization of regions".
