Abstract

The article highlights the strategic importance of green investments as a catalyst for sustainable economic growth. It examines global trends in renewable energy, hydrogen technologies, and the circular economy, while assessing Russia’s potential and constraints in the green transition. Special focus is placed on institutional reforms, financial instruments, and future development scenarios within the context of global competition.
