This article describes application of the composite bar and plate theory developed by A.R. Rzhanitsyn for calculating composite beams on two-parameter elastic foundations. Difference form of SUPROX method is used to generate some numerical algorithm. The calculation of composite beam on elastic foundations illustrates a simple and fast-convergence solution
