To the question of periods of the development of the International Trade Law

Abstract

In the article is given the survey of the periodos of development of the international trade law from XI century until present time;is offered own periodisation of the process of the development of international trade law. Special attention is given to the period connected with WTO formation and present situation in the sphere of international trade law.
