SOFTWARE-COMPUTER SYSTEM FOR THE SIMULATION OF POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM OF GASH BARCA REGION

Berhane A.M.

Abstract

Calculations based on the choice of technical and economic parameters of power supply systems in rural areas 10-110 kV are carried out only with the aid of a computer. This is due to a large amount of electrical networks, per enterprise of electric networks (ES), and a small staff; a very long overhead transmission lines lines of power supply systems in rural areas, a large branched and prosperity of information about them; electrical loads are always growing changing due to several reasons among them may be new industries have been built, new residences have been built , cities grow fast, agricultural area develops fast all this are switched on to the power supply system and consumes electrical energy as a result of that it is necessary to make repeated calculation of the electrical loads periodical and such a bulk tasks are hardly can be done by man. as a result of that it is done by computer; it is expedient to clarify the systemм of electrical power supply of the agricultural regions (SESR) model by taking into account a number of important ovaries to increase the effect of the optimal choice of circuit parameters 10-110 kV

STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT OF ELECTRICAL POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM (EPSS) THE GASH BARCA

Berhane A.M., Abramov V.Y.

Abstract

The main objective of the development strategy of the power supply system of Gash Barka region is solving the optimization problems of the system of electrical power supply of Gash Bara (SEOSGB). This is done by reducing the initial capital and operating costs, improve power quality and reliability for consumers Electrical Supply. In this paper, we develop the following three options of electrical power systems: electric power system Gash Barka excluding autonomous diesel generators that exist in the province (that new electrical power supply system will be powered by a central power supply system of Eritrea and the existing diesel generators can be used as a backup during a power outage or emergency); the electrical power supply system which powers only twelve of the fourteen areas under the Gash Barka region from the central system power supply of Eritrea (the other two areas under the Gash Barka region will be powered by autonomous diesel generators; the system can automatically switch on to a backup power source in the event of an accident, or when there will be a power outage on either side of the power system); the electrical power supply system which powers only eleven of the fourteen areas under the Gash Barka region from the central power supply system of Eritrea (and the other two sub zones of Gash Barka will be powered by autonomous diesel generators; the system can automatically switch on to a backup power source in the event of an accident or, when, ever there will a power outage on either side of the power system)

LABORATORY RESEARCH OF DEFORMATIONS OF THE COASTAL SLOPE INCLUDING FROZEN SOIL

Debolskiy V.K., Ionov D.N., Gritsuk I.I., Ponomarev N.K., Sinichenko E.K.

Abstract

The first stage of research deformations shores, on a laboratory model composed of permafrost, under the influence of waves with different characteristics. Traced the relationship between the amount of deformation, their parameters and wave characteristics. Just found a direct dependence of the formation mechanism of the slope on the criteria of wave impacts.

MOTYGINSKAYA HYDROPOWER PLANT IMPACT ON DOWNSTREAM ICE PROCESSES

Shtil A.V., Ponomarev N.K., Gritsuk I.I.

Abstract

The article seeks to conduct research on the possible consequences on existing regimes of the Angara River after the construction of Motyginskaya hydropower plant. Commissioning not only will make significant changes in the existing microclimate of the upstream, but also will violate the existing ice regimes of the Lower Angara. Thorough studies of the effects and model creations of existing regimes changes can contribute to a change in the project in order to prevent possible catastrophic consequences.
