ON EXTERNAL INFLUENCES ON THE RADIOACTIVE DECAY RATE

Panchelyuga V.A.

Abstract

The subject of this work is periods in time series of the radioactive decay fluctuations. The presence of such periods suggests the possibility of a certain external influence on the parameters of radioactive decay. The evolution of views on the possibility of such an influences are briefly reviewed. A number of stages are considered, each of which expresses a certain circle of ideas, which is realized in it. Experimental works typical for each such stage are considered. The article does not aim to review all works related to the issues discussed in it. This is, first of all, a presentation of ideas that reflect the author's views on the possible mechanisms of the occurrence of periods in the time series of the radioactive decay rate. The links provided in the work are rather illustrative.

THE PASSAGE OF THE SUN THROUGH THE MERIDIAN AS AN ASTRONOMICAL FACTOR OF CHANGES IN DEPENDENT VARIABLES IN PHYSICAL SENSORS AND BIOMARKERS

Shapovalov S.N., Povazhny V.I.

Abstract

The results of measurements of the photocurrent of a photoresistor installed in the focal plane of a telescope-reflector at st. Novolazarevskaya (Antarctica) in order to register the “culmination” signal from the passage of the Sun through the meridian (culmination). As a result of photocurrent measurements conducted on 03.02.2013 and 04.02.2013 in the midday interval from 11h00m to 11h50m (UT), the “response” (effect) of the photocurrent to the Sun's influence in the position of the meridian plane (culmination) is established. The results of the study of the reaction of the main human biomarkers (in vivo) to the culmination of the Sun, obtained in the analysis of observational data for the period from 20.01.2017, are also presented for 18.04.2017 at the Arctic station “Ice Base Cape Baranova” (arch. Northern Land). Conclusions are made about the sensitivity of the arterial systolic (upper) to the moment of climax and its dependence on the near-surface atmospheric pressure at the frequency of "five-minute" fluctuations (r ~ 0,8). In conclusion, the role of the culmination of the Sun as an astronomical factor in the processes of living and inanimate nature is noted.

LOW ENERGY NEUTRINOS AS THE CAUSE OF ANOMALIES IN BETA DECAYS AND COLD NUCLEAR TRANSMUTATIONS

Parkhomov A.G.

Abstract

In a number of experiments, when registering particles emitted in beta decays, periodic fluctuations in the counting rate with an amplitude of up to tenths of a percent of the average value were detected, and short bursts were found that significantly exceed the usual counting rate. These anomalies can be comprehensively explained by the participation of extremely low-energy cosmic neutrinos in beta decays. The assumption that neutrino-antineutrino pairs are generated by collisions of matter particles during thermal motion allows us to find approaches to explaining the phenomenon of cold nuclear transmutations. Experiments proving this hypothesis are described.

HENRI EFFECT: REGISTRATION PARAMETERS

Khavroshkin O.B., Tsyplakov V.V.

Abstract

The detected anomalous neutrino radioisotope (ANRI) absorption or effect allows one to study the variety of interactions of neutrino fluxes with radioactive matter and its consequences. Thus, results were obtained on solar neutrinos v , seismicity and heat flow of the Earth. The study of the features of the mechanical manifestation of the neutrino flux as a mechanical effect of the solar flux v in space on the Pioneer-type spacecraft is promising for many reasons.

INFLUENCE OF P-RADIATION ON PHYSICAL, CHEMICAL AND BIOLOGICAL SYSTEMS. RESULTS OF SOME SEARCH EXPERIMENTS

Panchelyuga V.A., Diatroptov M.E., Kolokolov D.V.

Abstract

The paper presents search experiments of the dependence of the parameters of physical (alpha decay of the Pu-239 isotope), chemical (fluctuations in a water cell) and biological (male Wistar rats) systems on the direction of rotation of the Poynting vector. It was found that in the case of clockwise rotation of the Poynting vector, an increase in the rate of radioactive decay by about 2 % is observed in comparison with the case without exposure. There is also an effect on the parameters of fluctuations in the water cell. When rotated counterclockwise, no such change is observed. In the case of biological systems, reactions that depend on the direction of rotation of the Poynting vector are also observed.

EXPERIMENTAL EXPERIENCE IN STUDYING THE WEIGHT DYNAMICS OF ROTATING GYROSCOPES AND THEIR ROTATION FEATURES AT CRITICALLY LOW SPEEDS, INCLUDING AT SUNRISE AND DURING A LUNAR-SOLAR ECLIPSE

Panichev A.M.

Abstract

The cycle of experiments with free-rolling gyroscopes at different angular velocity intervals including those on scales with continuous-discrete weight registration was carried out. We concluded that the free-running time of gyroscopes in one interval of angular velocities can vary greatly (within hundreds of percent). Measuring the free running time of a gyroscope during a solar eclipse has shown a connection between registered fluctuations in the gyroscope behavior and the eclipse stroke. The data obtained during the periods of sunrise indicate that the gyroscope can react at the moment of the sunrise while recording the true ascent, as well as the ascent preceding the true one with a difference of 8 minutes. Statistical analysis of the graphs of weight changes of the disk at right and left-hand free rotation in the speed range from 5000 to 250 rpm showed that the abnormal weight changes recorded at certain “critical” frequencies with different directions of rotation reliably differ in amplitude characteristics.

HYPERBOLIC FIELDS. SEARCH EXPERIMENTS WITH A VACUUM DIODE

Pavlov D.G., Kokarev S.S., Gorlova Y.V., Lapshin A.V., Panchelyuga M.S., Panchelyuga V.A.

Abstract

The article describes experiments carried out on the high-current pulsed electron accelerator Terek-2. The experiments, in their main features, reproduce the results obtained earlier in the Proton-21 laboratory. The incentive to carry out the experimental studies described in the article was an attempt to experimentally confirm the idea of a “hyperbolic lens” described in [1].

AN ARTIFICIAL EXPERIMENT AIMED TO SPECIFY THE GRAVITY LAW IN THE SOLAR SYSTEM

Yefremov A.P.

Abstract

Ultra-sensitivity of a planet’s gravity assist (GA) to changes of the test-body impact parameter prompts a space experiment testing the nature of gravitational field in the Solar system. The Sun, Earth and Venus serve as the space lab with a primitive space probe (ball) as a test body moving on a ballistic trajectory from the Earth to Venus (rendering GA) and backwards to the Earth’s orbit. We show that in Newton and Einstein gravity, the probe’s final positions (reached at the same time) may differ greatly; an Earth’s observer can measure the gap.

ANISOTROPIC GEOMETRODYNAMICS: GALACTIC TEST - STATE OF THE ART

Siparov S.V.

Abstract

Anisotropic geometrodynamics contains all the known results of the general relativity theory. It also makes it possible to interpret a number of observations of the last decades without introducing new entities, but due to a change in the mathematical apparatus, and predicts the observed effects, that have not yet been interpreted. To further test the theory, an experiment is proposed, for which a theory is developed and basic observations are made. An analysis of the data obtained in the course of monitoring observations of 49 astrophysical masers (22 GHz) is presented. It is shown that the results obtained are not a consequence of instrumental errors, geophysical conditions, fluctuations in the interstellar medium, or local conditions in the vicinity of the maser. The interpretation of the observed effect is based on the phenomenon of optical-metric parametric resonance created by the action of gravitational radiation from distant short-period binaries. The stellar systems that satisfy the given conditions are revealed.

SUTHERLAND-EINSTEIN HYPOTHESIS ON THE ORIGIN OF MAGNETIC FIELDS IN ASTROPHYSICAL OBJECTS

Babenko I.A.

Abstract

The article discusses the theoretical and experimental foundations of the hypothesis on the origin the magnetic field's the Earth's and other astrophysical objects, put forward at the beginning of the twentieth century by Sutherland and Einstein. According to this hypothesis, the different of the electric charg of the electron and proton and the rotation of the Earth (astronomical), leads to the appearance of a magnetic field. Experiments under terrestrial conditions aimed at determining the difference between the electric charges of an electron and a proton are discussed.

THE EFFECT OF A.I. SADOVSKY AND THE LAW OF CONSERVATION OF ANGULAR MOMENTUM

Lapshin V.B., Belinsky A.V.

Abstract

A new interpretation of the effect of A.I. Sadovsky is proposed and an experiment associated with it is described. It is shown that the non-fulfillment of the law of conservation of angular momentum observed in the interaction of an electron with a plane homogeneous electromagnetic wave makes it possible to put forward a hypothesis about violation of the isotropy of space. The issue of space inhomogeneity is also analyzed.
