DOES PHILOSOPHY REALLY IMPORTANT TO PHYSICS TO LEAVE IT FOR THE REQUEST OF PHILOSOPHES?
Abstract
In this article, I analyze the arguments against the importance of the ontological and epistemological issues of modern physics. The connection between physics and philosophy is examined on the basis of several concepts of the connection between philosophy and science. I conclude that only physicists can effectively solve the philosophical issues of their field of science. Subsequently, it can accelerate the revolutionary transformations in the physical picture of the world.

FOUNDATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF SCIENTIFIC KNOWLEDGE
Abstract
The paper is devoted to an analysis of the relation existing between the concepts foundation and development of knowledge. The foundation is not an unshakeable base of science, but a solution of the antinomy arising in the course of science development. Such an approach permits a dynamic vision of the foundation as a proper moment of the development of scientific knowledge periodically arising in scientific development.

SIGNIFICANCE OF METAPHYSICS’ CRITICISM IN M. HEIDEGGER'S CREATIVITY
Abstract
Despite various interpretations of Heidegger's philosophy, he is undeniably a deep critic of the metaphysical tradition in European philosophy. His task of overcoming metaphysics once again aroused interest in the fundamental issues of life in the era of the total dominance of private sciences. In the article, the authors explore the concept of metaphysics and its criticism in the work of M. Heidegger, as well as subsequent interpretations, in particular by O. Peggeler (“New Ways with Heidegger”, 1992). Criticism of metaphysics was a necessary condition for overcoming it to build a fundamental ontology. Having experienced the influence of Nietzsche, Heidegger does not remain a Nietzschean, because he considers him the last metaphysician to be overcome. In this regard, Peggeler recognizes Heidegger's main work not as “Being and Time”, but as “Reports to Philosophy” (1936), where he sought to reveal the primary sources of the concept of metaphysics. Heidegger's views regarding the interpretation of the development of metaphysics in different historical eras are specially considered.

PHILOSOPHICAL MEANING OF THE LANDAUER PRINCIPLE: INFORMATION WAY TO THE GREAT UNIFICATION
Abstract
The Landauer principle quantifies the thermodynamic cost of the recording/erasure of one bit of information, as it was stated by its author: “information is physical” and it has an energy equivalent. In its narrow sense, the Landauer principle states that the erasure of one bit of information requires a minimum energy cost equal to

APRIORY MATHEMATICS, PHYSICAL REALITY AND INFORMATION
Abstract
The article examines the relationship between mathematical and physical realities. It is put forward that the information reality is a single fundamental objective reality. Information is understood as the objective reality perceived by the subject by means of touch bodies which it fixes and comprehends by means of various semantic propositions, logical-mathematical operations and calculations.

LEIBNIZ'S PRINCIPLE OF PRE-ESTABLISHED HARMONY AND SUBSTANTIATION OF THE ADVANCED DEVELOPMENT OF MATHEMATICS PHENOMENON
Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of Leibniz's principle of pre-established harmony, with the help of which he tried to explain the apparent harmony between spirit and body. It is shown that in the 19th and 20th centuries this principle underwent significant refinement and acquired the status of a position important for the philosophy and methodology of science.

“ANDERSSEIN” IN MODERN PHYSICS: EXIT TO TRANSCENDENT
Abstract
The work is devoted to the problem of the transcendent in modern physics. It is shown that the theory of relativity, but above all quantum mechanics, indicate the existence of a different mode of reality. It is with this “otherness” that the paradoxical flow of time observed in modern physics is connected.

MODERN PHYSICS AND THE TEACHINGS OF ANTIQUITY (DID ANCIENT PHILOSOPHERS DISCOVER THE SAME WORLD, WHICH CREATES THEORETICAL PHYSICS?)
Abstract
The article raises the question - how the scientific world of quantum physics and the universe of philosophers of antiquity relate: or they coincide; or these are different-disproportionate worlds; or there is continuity between them. Attention is drawn to the historical nature of knowledge. A distinction between philosophical and scientific ontologies is introduced; this makes it possible to show that quantum physics and ancient philosophy unfold their knowledge in various ontological concepts, so it is baseless try to compare them.

SUPERINTERACTION CONCEPT AND STANDARD MODEL OF FUNDAMENTAL INTERACTION TYPES
Abstract
The article discusses the status of a standard model of the fundamental types of interaction in the context of the concept of superinteraction. The latter is understood as a metaphysical cognitive phenomenon, formed in the bosom of the philosophy of physics at the turn of the XX-XXI centuries. The main attention is paid to cosmic microphysics as a branch of physical knowledge, revealing a single foundation of micro-, macroand megaworlds. The process of forming unifying conceptual models of the fundamental types of interactions is analyzed, and the mechanism of separation of superinteraction in the first second of the Big Bang into “daughter” branches is also considered.

PRE-PHYSICAL REALITY AND RELATIONAL PHYSICS
Abstract
The concept of substantive-relational “paradigm relativity-complementarity” is being developed. «Pre-physical reality» is introduced as monistic Supercategory. It is justified that it is reasonable to consider discrete complex relations and p -adic complex relations in relational physics. It is pointed out that it is important to find a way to control gravity through electromagnetic interaction. The features of quantum theory in the relational paradigm have been considered.

FROM THE NEW METAPHYSICS TO THE BASES OF FUNDAMENTAL PHYSICS
Abstract
The article discusses the foundations of a new metaphysics in the historical and informationalrelational aspects. The connection of these issues with the physics of the interaction of elementary particles is emphasized and analyzed. The analogy of concepts in physics and computer science is revealed. The results of a thought experiment on building the structure of switching information flows in physical and mathematical research are analyzed and explained. The experiment is analyzed on the basis of logical conclusions and introduced analogies. The conclusion is drawn on the legality of the transition from a new metaphysics to the foundations of fundamental physics. It is proposed to consider the new approach information and relational.

SCIENTIST AS RESEARCHER AND PERSONALITY
Abstract
The identity of the scientist is regarded as a complex self-organizing system, through which implements its creative potential. The main functions of the system are disclosed in the dynamics of metaphysic cognitive structures of the kernel. In the structure of the individual scientist allocated base and disposition levels, through the elements which link cognitive kernel of personality with the socio-cultural sphere.

SCIENTIFIC TRADITIONS OR OVERTHROW OF AUTHORITIES: WHAT IS THE CHOICE OF THE WORLD?
Abstract
The authors of this article, wondering about science as a completely unique social phenomenon; o note (consider as a objective reality) the crisis of the foundations of modern science; o offer certain principles for creating a new science - «science from scratch»; o reflect on the role of scientific traditions, the specifics, framework and functions of scientific schools of the past, present and future, and most importantly, on the true meaning of scientific knowledge and the mission of a scientist.
