Аннотация
В статье рассматриваются характерные особенности и специфика перевода в системе государственных служб и учреждений, связанные с социальной ролью данного вида языкового посредничества. Рассматриваемая нами разновидность специального перевода во много обусловлена и отражает языковую политику государства в социальной сфере и в сфере защиты прав человека. В статье также делается обзор основных и дополнительных факторов, характеризующих языковую политику конкретного государства.
