MARKET "LEMON CONSULTING": THE CONTENTS, THE MAIN PROBLEMS AND THE COUNTERACTING MECHANISMS

Abstract

In article the market of investment consulting in Russia, features of functioning of the market of "lemon consulting", its essence and components is considered. Problems of "unfair behavior" and "adverse selection" are analyzed. Mechanisms solutions of "a problem of lemons" are proposed from the customer and use of a number of signals from the advising firms.
