Abstract

The problems of the strategic changes in organizations are discussed. The possible variants of resistance to strategic changes are demonstrated. It is noted that the success of the changes depends on how the leadership will implement them. It is paid attention to the fact of the conflict emergence in the process of the changes in the organization.
