The article traces the migration routes of various racial components, the nature of their mixing, crushing and interference in antiquity.Использование антропологических материалов в качестве исторических источников для освещения основных проблем этногенеза народов Восточной и Центральной Азии дает возможность разобраться в таких важных и сложных проблемах, как роль монгольских, китайских, тюркских, тунгусо-маньчжурских, тибето-бирманских, иранских и других народов в формировании этнического состава населения этих регионов.
