As a seismic loading the horizontal and vertical components of strong earthquakes of 8 and 9 grades were assumed. As a RCC model the elastoplastic model of RCC with shear parameters of joints was used. It was found that the new dam has double seismic safety under action of earthquake of 9 grade that indicates for consideration of the dam in hydroprojects in very seismic regions of Siberia and Far East of Russia.</abstract></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Ляпичев Ю.П.
