Increasing the degree of coincidence between the rotation angles of finite elements is achieved with the penalty functions. The high accuracy of this discretization scheme is illustrated on the samples of cylindrical panel and shell in the form of a hypar.</abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru">Нический университет; 241037, г. Станке Димитрова, 3, E-mail: iserpik@online.debryansk.ru Предложен плоский треугольный конечный элемент для расчета тонких оболочек, в котором аппроксимация мембранных и изгибных деформаций осуществляется с по- мощью предельной трактовки конечно-элементного анализа. Увеличение степени со- гласованности по углам поворота между конечными элементами достигается на ос- нове штрафных функций.
