The first problem consists in the use in the integral equation two or more numbers of instan- taneously strain diagrams of the materials. The twice problem appears in the use of inconsistent functions for presentation of the core. It reduces to results inconsistent with Newton's mechanics, that gets impossible applications Vol- terr's principle. There are models which solve indicated problems.</abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru">Проведен анализ моделей теории ползучести конструкционных материалов, и выявлены две важные нерешенные проблемы. Первая проблема состоит в использовании в одном интегральном уравнении двух или большего числа диаграмм мгновенного деформи- рования материала. Вторая проблема проявляется в использовании несоответствующих функций для представления ядра, что приводит к результатам, несовместимым с ньюто- новой механикой, делает невозможным применение принципа Вольтерра.
