Les conflits fonciers au Benin sont croissants et l'installation des stations permanentes visent essentiellement le renforcement des capacites cartographiques et topographiques des professionnels du secteur public et prive. Les objectifs poursuivis sont : amener tous les acteurs du foncier au Benin a travailler dans un systeme unique de reference, favoriser l'enregistrement rapide des droits a la propriete, etablir une base de donnees fiable.
