The relevance of the reflection of the features of national mentality through linguistic units, in particular, proverbs and sayings with locative meaning in Russian and Kyrgyz languages is due to the growing interest in the issues of reflecting national mentality in language, especially in the context of intercultural communication. The article pays special attention to locative units, since they express not only spatial relations, but also culturally significant concepts closely connected with the national picture of the world. A comparative study of Russian and Kyrgyz proverbs with locative meaning allows us to identify both universal and unique features of spatial perception and ethno-mental attitudes in these cultures. The purpose of this study is a comparative analysis of the linguocultural features of proverbs and sayings with locative meaning in the Russian and Kyrgyz languages and the establishment of the features of reflection of the national mentality in them. During the study, comparative, contextual and cultural-semantic methods were used, which made it possible to identify the features of the reflection of mentality in proverbs and sayings with locative meaning, as well as to establish similarities and differences in the linguistic and cultural perception of the space of the two peoples. The analysis conducted allows us to assert that, despite the mental and cultural characteristics of the Russian and Kyrgyz peoples, many points of contact can be found. As a result of the study, the author comes to the conclusion that mental attitudes reflected in the linguistic picture of the world can vary depending on the historical and cultural conditions of the formation of the people. Locative images in proverbs and sayings demonstrate the specificity of spatial perception and value orientations of each of the cultures under consideration.
Актуальность изучения отражения особенностей национального менталитета через языковые единицы, в частности пословицы и поговорки с локативным значением в русском и кыргызском языках, обусловлена возрастающим интересом к репрезентации национального менталитета в языке, особенно в контексте межкультурной коммуникации. Особое внимание в статье уделяется локативным единицам, поскольку они выражают не только пространственные отношения, но и культурно значимые концепты, тесно связанные с национальной картиной мира. Сопоставительное изучение русских и кыргызских пословиц с локативным значением позволяет выявить как универсальные, так и уникальные особенности пространственного восприятия и этноментальных установок в двух культурах. Целью данного исследования является сопоставительный анализ лингвокультурных особенностей пословиц и поговорок с локативным значением в русском и кыргызском языках и установление особенностей отражения в них национального менталитета. В ходе исследования были использованы сопоставительный, контекстуальный и культурно-семантический методы, позволившие выявить особенности отражения менталитета в пословицах и поговорках с локативным значением, а также установить сходства и различия в языковом и культурном восприятии пространства двух народов. Проведенный анализ позволяет утверждать, что, несмотря на ментальные и культурные особенности русского и кыргызского народов, можно найти немало точек соприкосновения. Сделан вывод: что ментальные установки, отраженные в языковой картине мира, могут варьироваться в зависимости от историко-культурных условий формирования народа. Локативные образы в пословицах и поговорках демонстрируют специфику пространственного восприятия и ценностных ориентиров каждой из рассматриваемых культур.
