The author shows their assessments of the USSR foreign policy course in 1985-1991, their evolution and changes. There are shown the main trends and views of French journalists. The author considers the image of the USSR foreign policy, formed in the French printed press.</abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru">В данной статье на основе периодической печати Франции анализируются ключевые аспекты внешней политики М.С. Горбачева периода перестройки; показаны представленные в ней оценки внешнеполитического курса СССР с 1985 по 1991 г., их эволюция и изменения. Автор выявляет основные тенденции и взгляды французских журналистов, раскрывает образ внешней политики СССР, сформировавшийся во французской прессе.</trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>M.S.
