The specific features and problems of optimization of adult continuing managerial (PA&amp;BA) education sector’s development in Russia through progressive abroad experience are described and analyzed. Systems of the adult supplementary education abroad along with the adult educators’ training experience are characterized. Problems and development prospects of adult professional managerial education in Russia are highlighted.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Статья представляет собой вторую часть исследования, начало которого было опубликовано в предыдущем номере журнала [2]. В статье описываются и анализируются специфика и проблемы реализации оптимальных форм развития системы российского ДПО в сфере управления с учетом прогрессивного опыта передовых зарубежных стран.
