The historical analysis of the dynamics from the classical theories of organization to the phenomenological behavior of real psychological subjects in it is given.</abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru">В статье анализируются концептуальные представления о сущности организации и организационных отношений в аспекте теоретического и феноменологического подходов, объектного и субъектного контекста самоопределения человека в организации.
