This situation actualizes the school’s need for the prevention and correction of aggressive behavior. The article presents the results of a socio-pedagogical research, the purpose of which was to identify the types and forms of aggressive behavior in the educational environment and to explore the current state of preventive work. The study was conducted by the Institute for the Study of Childhood, Family and Upbringing in July 2021 in the form of a questionnaire survey of directors of educational organizations. The methodology of the research included a socio-pedagogical analysis of situations of aggressive manifestations among students, teachers and parents; study of social, environmental, family and personal factors of aggressive behavior; and identification of mechanisms for preventing aggressive behavior in the educational environment. The results are presented in the format of socio-psychological portraits of three schools located in the countryside, which are prominent representatives of Russian rural society. The study made it possible to draw the following main conclusions: (1) preventive work becomes an independent type of pedagogical work; (2) cyber-aggression, which was actively manifested during the period of distance learning and now requires comprehensive preventive work with students, teachers, and parents, is an over-pressing problem for educational organizations; (3) today’s school is faced with the urgent task of developing and implementing programs for the prevention and correction of aggressive behavior. The ideas presented in the article can be used in the practice of educational organizations of different types.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p style="text-align: justify;">В числе острых социально-педагогических проблем, стоящих перед современной российской школой, - рост числа агрессивных проявлений в образовательной среде. Данная ситуация актуализирует потребность школы в профилактике и коррекции агрессивного поведения. В статье приведены результаты социально-педагогического исследования, нацеленного на выявление видов и форм агрессивного поведения в образовательной среде, изучение состояния работы образовательных организаций по их профилактике. Исследование проведено Институтом изучения детства, семьи и воспитания Российской академии образования в июле 2021 года в форме анкетного опроса директоров образовательных организаций - пилотных и инновационных школ Министерства просвещения РФ. Методология социально-педагогического исследования предполагала социально-педагогический анализ ситуаций агрессивных проявлений обучающихся, педагогов, родителей; изучение социальных, средовых, семейных и личностных факторов агрессивного поведения; выявление механизмов профилактики агрессивного поведения в образовательной среде. Результаты представлены в формате социально-психологических портретов трех школ, расположенных в отдаленных территориальных образованиях Хабаровского края, Калужской и Ростовской областей и являющихся яркими представителями наиболее типичных видов школ, характерных для сельского социума России. В кейсах трех школ зафиксированы виды агрессивного поведения, состояние работы школ по их профилактике. По каждой из школ даны выводы как рекомендации по совершенствованию работы по профилактике агрессивного поведения. В числе основных выводов исследования значимы следующие: а) в современной школе профилактическая работа становится самостоятельным видом педагогической работы; б) сверхактуальной для образовательных организаций сегодня является проблема киберагрессии, активно проявившаяся в период дистанционного обучения и требующая комплексной профилактической работы с обучающимися, педагогами, родителями; в) разработка и реализация программ профилактики и коррекции агрессивного поведения остро стоит на повестке дня сегодняшней школы.
