The article gives an example of creating such milieu in the “Colorful planet” program which offers a bilingual and bicultural interaction between children based on the folk fairy tales in different languages.</abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru">В статье рассматривается вопрос о необходимости создания в дошкольном учреждении социокультурной среды.
