The research accent is given to the state trilingual trajectory, as well as to the conflicts between languages and cultures and possible ways to overcome them. Authors try to illustrate their point of view using different arguments from cultural studies in language, education. Language policy. Method of description is combined with historical comments and cultural analysis. The paper may be useful for specialists in philology, who’s area of scientific interest is Language planning.В статье подробно раскрывается комплекс проблем, связанный с языковой политикой в Республике Казахстан. Особое внимание уделено осмыслению магистральной для языкового планирования траектории триязычия и возникающим в подобной обстановке конфликтам между языками и культурами, а также решений их преодоления. Авторы аргументируют свои наблюдения многочисленными примерами из сфер лингвокультурологии, политической лингвистики, образования. Дескриптивный метод скомбинирован в работе с историческим комментированием и лингвокультурологическим анализом.
