Author analyzed Ramadan's views on a role of Islam in new conditions, religious identity of believers, political and legal systems, reaction to modernization challenges of the present and ways of their overcoming. This concept can become the alternative in forming dialogue between East and West, in modernization of Islamic communities and opposition to Islamic radicalism.Статья посвящена опыту региональной трансформации исламской политической мысли в Европе на примере философских воззрений Тарика Рамадана. Автор исследует взгляды Т. Рамадана на роль ислама в новых условиях, религиозную идентичность верующих, политическую и правовую системы, реакцию на модернизационные вызовы современности и способы их преодоления. Делается вывод о том, что этот концепт может стать альтернативой в выстраивании диалога между Востоком и Западом, в модернизации исламских сообществ и противостоянии исламскому радикализму.political philosophyIslamT.
