The author offers a new multimodel approach to the definition of think tanks, based on national models, as opposed to the traditional paradigm that focuses attention on the universalization of the American experience. Multimodel approach allows us to identify the specific features of «think tanks» on the national and global level.Данная статья представляет сравнительный анализ двух наиболее распространенных в политологической науке подходов к изучению фабрик мысли. Автор предлагает новый мультимодельный подход к определению «фабрик мысли», основанный на изучении национальных моделей, в противовес традиционной парадигме, внимание которой сосредоточено на универсализации американского опыта.
