In the end author comes to conclusion that nowadays it’s more appropriate to talk about smart power in context of US’ foreign policy.В статье рассматриваются основные институты реализации политики «мягкой силы», предпосылки ее появления и становления как основного инструмента внешнеполитического влияния США.
