And there is no agreement among them yet regarding the subject field of the discipline being studied. Opinions differ, referring GR to applied political science, sociology of communications, or corporate management. This article analyzes the problems of defining the subject of GR-management as an applied political science discipline, as well as its categorical apparatus. The peculiarity of GR as a type of political management is that the goal-setting unit of the activities of GR managers and corporate lobbyists is located in an “internal” and “non-political” environment (economic, social, etc.), which may be associated with maintaining the competitiveness of the firm and obtaining economic profit by it. But the means to achieve these goals are already located in the “external” socio-political environment, in which the field of political behavior of interested actors is formed. And here we are faced with the phenomenon of “inversion” of the particular interests represented in public policy, when in order to promote them it is necessary to convert the goals of the economic strategy into adequate private issues when building a common public agenda, and into specific tasks of the strategy and tactics of an already special GR campaign.</p>
И здесь мы сталкиваемся с феноменом инверсии представляемых в публичной политике партикулярных интересов, когда для их продвижения необходимо конвертировать цели экономической стратегии в адекватные частные вопросы при построении общей государственной повестки и в конкретные задачи стратегии и тактики уже отдельной GR-кампании.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>GR-management</kwd><kwd>external political environment</kwd><kwd>internal economic environment</kwd><kwd>environmental inversion</kwd><kwd>political management</kwd><kwd>corporate management</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>GR-менеджмент</kwd><kwd>внешняя политическая среда</kwd><kwd>внутренняя экономическая среда</kwd><kwd>инверсия сред</kwd><kwd>политический менеджмент</kwd><kwd>корпоративное управление</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><award-group><funding-source><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="ru">Статья подготовлена в рамках грантового конкурса на лучшие научные проекты фундаментальных исследований в сфере общественно-политических наук РФФИ и ЭИСИ (21-011-31289) по теме «Комплексный механизм участия организаций крупного бизнеса в динамике политико-управленческих процессов современной России (анализ осуществления влияния на отраслевую государственную политику)».</institution></institution-wrap><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="en">The reported study was carried out within the grаnt competition for the best fundamental scientific projects in socio-human disciplines area at RFFI-EISI (21-011-31289) “Complex mechanism of big business organizations participation in the policy process dynamics of the contemporary Russia (analysis of its policy area influence)”.</institution></institution-wrap></funding-source></award-group></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Achkasova, V.A., Mintusov, I.E. &amp; Filatova, O.G.
