The policy of “perestroika” contributed to the activation of informal movements around the Soviet Union. “Neformaly” in the center of the country and in the individual republics differed from one another by their ideological orientation. In particular, informal nationalists were popular in the South Caucasus.</abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru">С распадом СССР неформальные общественные движения, деятельность которых стала проявляться на закате советской эпохи, получили возможность создать собственные институты, формируя 3-й сектор общества - гражданское общество. Активизации неформальных движений по всему СССР способствовала политика «перестройки». Неформалы в центре страны и в отдельных республиках отличались друг от друга идеологической направленностью. В частности, на Южном Кавказе пользовались популярностью неформалы националистического толка.
