The analysis reveals considerable flaws in the conception of limits of justice itself and in the contract-based approach to the fair treatment of future people that is closely associated with it.В статье подвергнута анализу проблема обязанностей перед будущими поколениями в перспективе утверждения о том, что применение принципов справедливости имеет свои контекстуальные пределы.
