Information on the temperature dependence of electron thermal diffusivity in YBa2Cu3O7− is obtained by solving an inverse problem of reproducing measured track radii within the framework of TEM.</abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru">Предложено дальнейшее развитие модели термовзрыва, описывающей трекообразование в высокотемпературных сверхпроводниках.
