On the basis of numerical calculations optimization tools of a unit constructionare defined.</abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru">Обсуждается перспективный подход для реализации эффективной оптической модуляции на основе волноводной структуры, выполненной по стандартной технологии «кремний на изоляторе».
