The analysis of the remote results (lethal and repeated hospitalization) and their communication with parameters of an electrocardiogram of the high resolution and dispersive mapping in the period of aggravation IHD, comparable with the clinical data of speed of displays of disease before hospitalization is carried out. It is investigated prognostics value of a parameter free radical oxidations.
            </abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru">Работа посвящена комплексному изучению электрофизиологических показателей миокарда по данным новых методов ЭКГ диагностики и интенсивности свободно-радикальных процессов у больных с острым коронарным синдромом. Проведен анализ отдаленных результатов (летальные исходы и повторные госпитализации) и их связь с показателями ЭКГ высокого разрешения и дисперсионного картирования в периоде обострения ИБС, сопоставлены с клиническими данными быстроты проявлений заболевания до госпитализации. Изучена прогностическая ценность показателя малонового диальдегида.
