Studied the damaging effect of radiofrequency ablation (RFA) in patients with supraventricular tachyarrhythmias according to analysis of dispersion mapping of ECG signal. This article is the first publication of data on the monitoring of indicators of dispersion mapping ECG. The most important result of this study was to identify the various options as the original data, and the dynamics of indicators of dispersion mapping ECG.</abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru">Известно, что радиочастотный ток обладает значительным повреждающим эффектом на миокард, степень которого обратно пропорциональна возрасту и массе тела пациента. Исследовано повреждающее действие радиочастотной абляции (РЧА) в группе больных с суправентрикулярными тахиаритмиями до данным дисперсионного анализа ЭКГ-сигнала. В публикации впервые представлены материалы по мониторированию показателей дисперсионного картирования ЭКГ.
