Found that the prevalence of underweight in this cohort of 122,61‰, the prevalence of gynecological diseases — 489,83‰. They predominate inflammatory disease (47,9%), menstrual disorders (25,7%) and non-inflammatory disease of the cervix (20,3%). There is evidence that women with underweight incidence of gynecological diseases is 1,5 times higher compared to normovesnymi peers, low body weight in this cohort have a negative impact on the incidence of dysmenorrhea and menstrual disorders, as well as a risk factor for endometriosis. For women with underweight typical late menarche, slowing the formation of menstruation at puberty is reached reproductive age — the menstrual cycle on postponiruyuschemu type and high frequency of irregular and prolonged menstruation.В статье приведены результаты когортного проспективного исследования, посвященного изучению распространенности дефицита массы тела, частоты и структуры гинекологических заболеваний у женщин 20—25 лет. Установлено, что распространенность дефицита массы тела в изучаемой когорте составляет 122,61‰, распространенность гинекологических заболеваний — 489,83‰. В их структуре преобладают воспалительные заболевания (47,9%), расстройства менструации (25,7%) и невоспалительные болезни шейки матки (20,3%). Получены данные, что у женщин с дефицитом массы тела частота гинекологических заболеваний в 1,5 раза выше в сравнении с нормовесными сверстницами, низкая масса тела в изучаемой когорте негативно влияет на частоту расстройств менструации и дисменореи, а также является фактором риска эндометриоза.
