Programs of a pregravid preparation developed considering the individual risk factors, allows to reduce the frequency of reproductive losses to 5,8%, premature births — to 2,9%.</abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru">У пациенток с бесплодием и гиперпролактинемией ранние репродуктивные потери имеют место в 27,4% после наступления беременности в естественном цикле, у 33,7% — после программ ВРТ.
