Endometrial stromal cells have been cultured and characterized. And there are comparative data on the expression of surface markers, which are phenotypic features of mesenchimal stem cells, by endometrial stromal cells.</abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru">В ходе настоящего экспериментального исследования впервые неферментативным путем выделены и культивированы стромальные клетки нормального эндометрия и эндометрия при аденомиозе, миоме матки и гиперпластических процессах эндометрия.
