The trial included 140 women who were divided into groups according to the presence of latent iron deficiency. In patients with latent iron deficiency frequency of threatened miscarriage and early reproductive loss, as well as the frequency of bacterial vaginosis was significantly higher. In addition, the clinical pregnancy rate was significantly lower in women with latent iron deficiency.</abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru">Анализ частоты наступления беременности в программах ЭКО, а также характера и частоты осложнений I триместра индуцированной беременности у пациенток с предшествующим трубным бесплодием в зависимости от наличия латентного дефицита железа показал, что при наличии последнего частота наступления клинической беременности ниже, а частота таких осложнений, как угроза выкидыша, ранние репродуктивные потери, дисбиоз влагалищ, — значительно выше.
