These signals interfere with cell pathways through cell receptors, estrogen, progesterone, HER2/neu receptors in the case of breast cancer. Expression of apoptotic and proliferative genes is different in breast cancer depending on hormonal status. Besides correlation analysis shows different role of cell receptors in proliferation control in normal and breast tissue.
Также результаты корреляционного анализа свидетельствуют об изменении роли рецепторов в контроле пролиферативной активности злокачественной клетки.</trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>proliferation</kwd><kwd>apoptosis</kwd><kwd>gene expression</kwd><kwd>cell receptors</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>пролиферация</kwd><kwd>апоптоз</kwd><kwd>экспрессия генов</kwd><kwd>рецепторы</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Боженко В.К., Кудинова Е.А., Мельникова Н.В., Близнюков О.П.
