A 32 year old patient with primary infertility was admitted with a defect, suspected by ultrasound (US) examination of pelvic organs and confirmed by hysterosalpingography (HSG) 17 months after laparotomic myomectomy.Целью данной работы является описание интересного случая метропластики исключительно влагалищным доступом по поводу маточно-перитонеального свища после лапаротомической миомэктомии у нерожавшей пациентки с несостоятельным рубцом. 32-летняя пациентка с первичным бесплодием была госпитализирована с дефектом, заподозренным при ультразвуковом исследовании (УЗИ) органов малого таза и подтвержденным гистеросальпингографией (ГСГ), спустя 17 месяцев после лапаротомической миомэктомии.uterine fibroidslaparotomic myomectomyuterine-peritoneal fistulametroplastyмиома маткилапаротомическая миомэктомияматочно-перитонеальный свищметропластика1.Api M., Boza A., Gorgen H. et al.
