To evaluate the effectiveness of therapy was carried out clinical and statistical analysis of the survey results in patients with uterine myoma patients and analyzed the results of laboratory and instrumental methods of examination in dynamics during treatment and for 6 months after graduation.В статье представлены сравнительные данные исследования по улучшению репродуктивного здоровья у женщин с миомой матки препаратами антипрогестинов, селективных модуляторов рецепторов прогестерона (СМРП) и агонистов гонадотропин-релизинг гормона (аГнРГ) в зависимости от размеров, локализации миоматозных узлов и клинических проявлений.
