Vaginal dysbiosis of women with miscarriage was detected by evaluation of vaginal pH, vaginal swabs bacterioscopy, qPCR in 59,7%, 62,7% and 52,7% of women respectively. Gardnerella vaginalis associated vaginal dysbiosis was determined by qPCR and FISH in 14,9% of women. Enterobacteriaceae in urine sediments were highly presented in women with vaginal dysbiosis (54,8%) and pelvic and/or abdominal cavity inflammatory diseases (46,2%).</abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru">В исследование включены 67 пациенток с начавшимся самопроизвольным выкидышем (СВ) и неразвивающейся беременностью (НБ). Пациенткам проводилось бактериологическое, бактериоскопическое исследование, рН-метрия влагалища, а также взяты анализы мочи, содержащие десквамированные эпителиальные клетки влагалища, которые исследовали методом флуоресцентной гибридизации in situ. Дисбиотический процесс (ДБ) влагалища пациенток с невынашиванием беременности подтвержден рН-метрией влагалища, микроскопией, ПЦР в реальном времени y 59,7%, 62,7%, 52,7% женщин соответственно. ДБ влагалища, ассоциированный с гарднереллезной биопленкой, выявлен методом ПЦР в реальном времени и FISH в 14,9%.
