Following correlation coefficients were obtained: R = 0.8011 (VAS vs. LS), R = 0.8317 (NRS vs. LS), R = 0.8395 (VAS vs. NRS). Lightning Scale can be suggested for urgent ENT for diagnosing and selection of analgesic.</abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru">В статье представлено исследование, посвященное сравнению эффективности визуально-аналоговой шкалы (ВАШ), цифровой рейтинговой шкалы (ЦРШ) и «шкалы-молнии» (ШМ), предложенной автором, при оценке интенсивности острой боли у ЛОР-пациентов. По результатам анализа сравнения шкал были получены коэффициенты корреляции: для ВАШ и ШМ R = 0,8011, для ЦРШ и ШМ R = 0,8317, для ВАШ и ЦРШ R = 0,8395.
